Amazingly well presented hotel in a very convenient central location. Stayed in a huge twin room on a corner with floor-ceiling windows along the full length of 2 walls. Very spacious with writing desk, tea/coffee facilities, safe, and all the cupboards and things you'd expect. Bathroom was particularly nice with huge shower, full-length windows letting in lots of light, deep bath, and a very odd glass wall (with shutters) onto the bedroom. The lobby, bar and restaurant were all very well presented, very elegant, staff super-friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious (wide range).

The premises are in prime location to stay and access to various locations. I chosen this property in line with Surabaya Expo and the breakfast was so good mixed with continental as well as Indonesian food . We have conducted one event with a capacity of 30 pax and the hall is beautiful and looks an international standard. The staffs are so cool and well in communication and very kind in support even though we have any doubt.

The room was really big for this price and I really liked its spacious design/arrangement. I also liked the bathroom and bathtub, with the glass window facing the room. The location was very convenient to travel around Surabaya (big mall within walking distance). I did not try other facilities in the hotel, but a brief walk gave me the impression that they were well kept.

I really appreciated their response when I asked them to help to prepare a small cake to prepare my partner's bday, They were really into it and the mini pie was so tasty!

The location was great for people who would like to have easy access to Tunjungan Plaza or nearby cafes and restaurants.
